We offer our websets on a donation "honor" system. Your donation keeps this site online. * The websets are provided "as is". Since we offer our sets for such a nominal donation or in many cases for free we cannot provide additional graphic modification or html support. The websets are very easy to use requiring only very basic html experience. It is basically "cut and paste" code and uploading of images. Simply download and open the zip file. If you are unable to use the webset delete it - if you use the set, or use some part of the set graphics please donate if applicable. If you require assistance in modifying the coding or if you would like the image modified please contact us for a "custom design" estimate. * Any and all commercial users (profit oriented sites, auctions, etc.) agree to make the minimum donation if using a set. The minimum donation is $5 per set. No modifications will be made for this donation amount. Modifications are considered "custom design" and will require additional donation amount for time expended. Contact us for custom design estimate. * We will gladly make modifications to personalize the webset for you. This includes removal of copyright branding on main images. Please contact us for a custom design estimate for any modifications you would like. * Personal, non-commercial, non-profit webpages can use the sets freely (although any small donation would be appreciated) but all other rules apply. Any modification is considered "custom design" and will require a donation for time expended. Contact us for custom design estimate. * Please do not resize our images when you use them on your page. Resizing the images, chopping them up or taking bits and pieces of an image and altering them in any way constitutes disrespect to the artist and is also considered piracy. Please respect the art you use from this site. * It takes alot of hours and hard work to produce the web graphics on this site. If you want to use the linkware graphics on your personal home pages, using one of our logos (or text link) with a link back to www.bannerzrusgraphics.com is not only mandatory it is fair to the artists. * If you are a Web Designer and wish to use our sets as part of your business please contact us PRIOR to downloading any of our graphics to determine the donation amount. You must have our written permission to use our graphics in your design business. We must know which sites are using the websets or webset graphics. * User may not redistribute these graphics unless you have received written permission from BannerzRus Graphics, and then user may use these for the design of their client sites ONLY, but not for mass distribution or resale. * The sets have been created by members of the BRU Crew. Bannerzrusgraphics.com retains exclusive rights as the sole distributor of the sets. You may not collect or distribute the sets or any individual graphics from a set to offer on any online collection, CD, forum, users group, etc. or sell any of these graphics or sets. * You are not to place any zip file link on any website for distribution. We are able to track direct linking from our stats. * All built in links, copyright notice and/or artist credit must be left intact and displayed with the set. * If you are found to be abusing the terms we will take action accordingly. * Donations are non-refundable. * BannerzRus Graphics website templates are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. BannerzRus Graphics will not be liable for any damage or loss of data whatsoever due to downloading or using a template.
